DAY 1, 23 rd of April
10:00 Greeting by the Polish partner at the hotel in Białystok. Introducing the newcomers. Agenda of the meeting.
Promotional events among the participants, Training Program created in the Czech Republic, of the proposed methods for educating adults with disabilities in therapeutic gardens“
Coffee break
Activities to increase communication with impaired adults that we will work with, within the scope of our activity.. Examining the hobby gardens with the impaired and creating a plan for the work to be done. Lunch

DAY 2, 24th of April
09:00 Meeting at the hotel , trip to Kurianka.
10:30 – Introducing and using agricultural tools that will help the physical development of the impaired, Coffe break
Garden weeding activities will be carried out to strengthen the muscles of the impaired. Lunch

DAY 3, 25th of April
09:00 Meeting at the hotel , trip to Dabrowa Białostocka.
10:30 – Occupational Therapy Workshops, presentation of participants, methods using in every day working – Doing micro-farming work for disabled adults – practical classes
Planting plants in hobby gardens with the impaired.
Information on how to observe the growth of plants, when to irrigate and how to harvest.
Simple agreements will be made with impaired people to take care of their hobby gardens and take responsibility. To increase the mental development of adults with disabilities:
1- A notebook will be given to draw the daily development of the plants.
2- A chart showing the irrigation times of the plants will be given and they will be asked to mark as irrigation is done on this chart.
3-The impaired will photograph the plants they grow at the time of harvest.\

DAY 4, 26 th of April
10:00 – Studies will be carried out to improve the social skills of adults with disabilities.
Examining the prepared gardens and getting ideas from impaired adults about these gardens,
Beautification of the outer areas of the hobby gardens will be carried out.
Presentations with the dissemination activities carried out by each organization, according to the project application and the dissemination plan.

DAY 5, 27 th of April
10:00 -The effectiveness of our project will be evaluated. Project activities for the near future. Plans for the next project partners meeting.
